Amie Devero

Amie Devero has been a management consultant, author, speaker and startup executive for over 20 years. She is author of the management book Powered by Principle and consults to organizations on strategy, organizational change and executive leadership — with a special focus on organizations in the “smart cities” and Internet of Things sector — especially those serving local government agencies.

She was recruited in 2009 to secure funding for and lead the start-up mobile parking payment company iControl Mobile Payment Solutions, and was retained as US Managing Director when it was acquired by RingGo, Inc. (subsidiary of the UK mobile payment leader Cobalt Telephone Technologies Ltd.). When RingGo pulled out of the US market, Amie resumed consulting as principal of Solutions 4 Cities and a partner in Eos Global, LLC.

Amie did her undergraduate work at Bennington College and Harvard University and holds two Masters degrees, including one from the London School of Economics.
